C–F) Eggs of Capillaria spp. in samples positive for T. trichiura by Kato-Katz smear but negative for T. trichiura by qPCR. G) Egg of Capillaria spp. in sample positive for Ascaris lumbricoides by Kato-Katz smear but negative for A. lumbricoides by qPCR.
