Scelorchilus rubecula, Chile
Description:
Description: Chucao Tapaculo Scelorchilus rubecula, near Parque Nacional Queulat, Chile. I'd been listening to this perky little creature throughout the trip. He likes to hide among the undergrowth of deep rainforest, so you rarely see him. But if you hold still for long enough he'll come and hop right up onto your sleeping bag!.
