Description:
Summary[edit] Description: English: A Walk on Middletown Hill 08 I thought it might be fun to add a few pictures taken whilst on a walk on Middletown Hill and upload some of the flora & fauna encountered on a very pleasant 2 hour womble! That's about it for that day's walk, this one being, I think, the elusive Pearl Bordered Fritillary, it being no more than 40mm across. It was a good day for a walk, I did get to the top the long way round but the beasties prefer the more sheltered lower slopes!. Date: 10 May 2009. Source: From geograph.org.uk. Author: Rod Trevaskus.
