Description:

Summary[edit] Description: English: Negera natalensis (Felder, 1874) - One of the Drepanidae Family of moths (Negera natalensis) I was amazed at the cryptic colouring of the caterpillar which when mature looks like a rolled up dry leaf, it pupates by rolling itself into one of its host plant's leaves (In this case Tarenna pavettoides) The moth itself is also a master at disguise and very convincingly resembles a dried leaf.
