This flower is called Goldmoss Stonecrop or Biting Stonecrop in English. It's scientific name is Sedum acre. More names include Bitterbergknapp (Norwegian), Bidende Stenurt (Danish), Keltamaksaruoho (Finnish), Rozchodnik Ostry (Polish), Helluhnoðri (Islandic), Scharfer Mauerpfeffer (German) and Gul fetknopp (Swedish). It belongs to the family Crassulaceae. Image taken at a small island west of the canal near Stora Porsholmen just north west of Gothenburg, SE.
