Summary[edit] Description: Jewel Flutterer at Centenary Lakes, Cairns, Queensland. This is a small dragonfly about 25mm in length with a wing-span between 45-50mm. When seen in direct sunlight, the blue panels have a metallic reflective quality. Males and females are similar. Date: Taken on 1 February 2016, 10:14.
