The barbel in view in this picture is broken and normally extends past the pectoral fin. Dorsal and pectoral fins have spines. 6 soft dorsal rays, 15 anal rays. Vomeral teeth in narrow crescent shaped ridge. a pair of bean shaped patches of palatine teeth with inner curve of each patch facing medial line. Location - India. Date: 7 February 2013, 00:02:11.
