Description:
Phylum : Chordata - Class : Aves - Order : Passeriformes - Family : Turdidae - Species : Turdus merula (common blackbird or Eurasian blackbird) Juvenile blackbird in unnatural surrounding but in pretty high detail. Photo by me. --grin ✎ 08:36, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC) I wouldn't submit this one since she was sitting on an old, threwn out window (in case you were wondering), but she insisted to wait for me to make a picture from pretty short distance, so the picture has lots of details (I tried to play with jpeg quality but the picture didn't get much smaller and lost lots of details). I am no ornithologist so if I got it wrong (she's a thrush but can be a different kind) feel free to rename her. It is a recently fledged juvenile; sex is indeterminable at this age - MPF : This file is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 Generic license.:. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0 CC BY-SA 2.0 Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.0 truetrue.
