Summary[edit] Description: English: A dead Sorex araneus or Common shrew from Wildhaus, Switzerland. It might be a Sorex coronatus because they have a very similar appearance. Deutsch: Eine tote Waldspitzmaus, Sorex araneus aus Wildhaus, Schweiz. Da sich die Schabrackenspitzmaus Sorex coronatus und die Waldspitzmaus sehr ähnlich sind, könnte es sich auch um eine Schabrackenspitzmaus handeln. Die Masse waren KR=5.6 cm, S=4.5 cm und HF=1.4 cm, was vergleichsweise klein ist. Vielleicht war es aber auch eine junge Waldspitzmaus. Date: 28 July 2008. Source: Own work. Author: Manuel R..
