Description:

Vertical (eutrophic) water seepage with carpet of bryozoans population and zebra mussels (Dreissena polymorpha) and some sponges (some small Spongilla lacustris, uncolored, because of lack of light). Here: summer 2016. A few years earlier, the mussels were covered with a thick mat of filamentous bacteria almost stifling bryozoans.
