Description: Family: Apocyanaceae Distribution: Common in hill slopes. Limited to Peninsular India and Bengal.Photographed at Eastren ghats in Andhra Pradesh. Pretty climbing shrubs. branchlets pubescent.Leaves elliptic ovate, obtusely acute, base attenuate, subcoriaceous, Flowers white fragrant 1-2cm across, in terminal corymbose cymes.Flowers densly corymbose, pale yellow or white, cymes densly corymbose, Whole plant is used as anthelmintic,emetic and used in the treatment of bronchitis.
