Summary[edit] Description: Poicephalus senegalus English: photo of a head of healthy Senegal Parrot chick at about 2 wks from hatching. The egg tooth is seen near the tip of the beak on the upper mandible. At this age Senegal Parrot chicks are covered with a sparse whitish down.
