Description:
Summary[edit] Description: Today we saw a group of emu's. Always an inquisitive bird, that started to come over to us. But they turned and went behind some trees. I ran over with the 800 and the tripod, got set up, and stepped out to see the group very close. And yes, they walked towards me, far too close to get full shots. We ended up maybe 10 meters apart. All I could do is take shots of heads, and try to shoo them off!!. Date: 23 May 2015, 11:14. Source: A close encounter. Author: Jim Bendon from Karratha, Australia.
