Description:
Summary[edit] Description: English: Montage of a Flying Fox enjoying a meal of figs. Unsure if this is a black flying fox (Pteropus alecto) or a little red flying fox (Pteropus scapulatus) based on the reddish colour. The bat fills its mouth and cheeks with figs - taking some time to chew and extract the juice before spitting out the pulp and seeds. Date: 7 April 2019. Source: Own work.
