Description:
Summary[edit] Description: English: Juvenile Black Flying Fox on the ground after an awkward flight. Although able to fly it was sometimes unsuccessful. It eventually managed to crawl into the foliage of a nearby bush and relaunch itself. Markings are reminiscent of a Spectacled Flying Fox (Pteropus conspicillatus) but photo was taken in Brisbane south of that species' range. Date: 10 September 2019, 16:25:34. Source: Own work.
