Image of Fragile Forktail
Description:
The lighting was not very good and a gusty breeze did not help with the necessary slow shutter speeds. I tried a flash shot (main photo) but the shutter speed was actually slower at 1/60 second compared to the second no flash shot at 1/100 second. I suspect both shots suffered a bit from the slow shutter speed and turbulent breeze. Seems like the camera should use a faster shutter speed with the flash. I don't like having to fiddle with shutter speed settings because it takes too much time when often only a few seconds are available for a shot before the subject flies away or hides.
