Description:
Scarlet skunk cleaner shrimp Lysmata amboinensis ã¢ã«ã·ãã·ã©ãã²ã¨ã Reticulate hookjaw moray Enchelycore lichenosa ã³ã±ã¦ãã Oshima, Tokyo æ±äº¬é½å¤§å³¶çº Lysmata amboinensis is commonly only found in the summer here near Tokyo. I believe they are part of an abortive migration, riding the Kuroshi Warm Current from warmer southern seas up here, but perish in the fall or winter when the waters cool. I believe this moray receiving the shrimp's cleaning services is Enchelycore lichenosa, judging from the teeth and the curved jaw/mouth.
