"The blue-winged pitta everyday here making loud call weow-weow. It was here for a long time until 2016 February otherwise it is still heard with its voice. This is very bad luck for me to hear the dbkk kota Kinabalu city hall town planning senior executive or supervisor with the staff told me this landowner is going to build condominium. Just went there counsel on Wednesday 18 May 2016 morning. The private land which all the cars pass by this Jalan bersatu forest on the way to Jalan Lintas where my backyard are near this forest private land. I show them the piece of land in the map. He & this guy ask each other in front of me: ""is it that day in the meeting they discussed about this land for building condominium?"" He said ""ya"" so he told me that day got a construction guy came here & show us this land that is wanted to build condominium project. He did mentioned something I forget about that square feet on this land could build up to 20 story high. I ask when did he came here? But the senior ask me what's my name. I ask have u meet the land owner? He said no. We never meet the land owner but his construction guy came here told us give us a report saying they want to build condo. But now not yet approve! So he ask me how big is the land. I guess 4 acres. So he calculator count each square feet could be RM70 or 180 or not sure & the price is RM22.6 million! They advice to go housing surrounding the forest here to sign petition to save this green land. Or ask nature lover also. Everything went worst now how much green pocket have they taken! Do something! The supervisor said its his land how can we stop him. Also he did talk to every land owner before they said they want to build housing or condo or development by asking them ""Are you nature lover?""
