I was taking a general shot of lower Avon, thinking black swans, white face heron foreground, and big white birds in back (some of which were spoonbills - separate records); but Tony Wills kindly pointed out there was actually a white heron lurking at the back there :-) thx tony! others have reported presumably same bird in general area including Travis Wetland around same time.
