Image of Cecilioides acicula (O. F. Müller 1774)

Description:

Found in a flood debris sample. Only a single shell found. My hunch is that this may be non native, but only because I've never seen it before and it was found in a debris sample from a highly urbanized area with a number of other non native species. I also suspect this is a terrestrial species, but this is nothing more than a guess at the point.
