Image of Alcithoe arabica (Gmelin 1791)

Description:

I think these are juvenile Alcithoe, but one thing concerns me, the protoconch area is too broad and blunt for most species excepting perhaps Alcithoe albescens. No half or full grown specimens of that were present on the beach, and these were all pretty much the same size. All bit of a mystery.
