Locality: NEW ZEALAND AK, suburb of Saint Johns, University of Auckland Tamaki Campus. Habitat: Pittosporum crassifolium Banks & Sol. ex A.Cunn., 1840. Dying/dead. Infested with Chaetoptelius mundulus. Identification: Cryptoxilos thorpei Shaw & Berry, 2005. Many adults observed. Photos show 1 female and 3 males.
