Description:

Rather a poor, but large specimen knocked about on the beach or semi-digested by a cod, not sure which. Best examples can often be found while gutting Blue Cod after a fishing expedition Ripples in the shell have dual 'frequencies'. Also associate with sponges as does the common fanshell.
