"Neotropic Cormorant (Phalacrocorax brasilianus) 9 April 2016 Centennial Park Irving, Dallas County, Texas Neotropic Cormorant flies from Texas south throughout the Americas making it an authentic resident of North America and the Western Hemisphere. Centennial Park is administered by the City of Irving, Texas.
