Description:
Although most of the shearwaters on Monterey Bay today were Black-vented, there were still a few Pink-footed around, including this one. I am separating the two species by the larger pinkish bill and of course the bright pink feet, when visible, also the much larger size, compared to the Black-vented (Hard to see in these photos).
