Description:
In a willow tree near the main pond. This is my second sighting of a red-winged blackbird this season. I didn't see any yellow on its shoulder, so I'm thinking this is the California subspecies. Note: my first sighting of a red-winged blackbird this year was in a shopping center parking lot on top of a car in South San Jose about a month ago.
