Description:
this pair of insect moved through the ground covered with dried foliage - grass from the genus bromus, big leaf maple (acer macrophyllum) and canyon live oak (quercus chrysolepis) on the mountain side of the main trail connected to one another from their behind. location at gabrielino trail. time was 0904 h. weather was full sun, sunny, no clouds.
