Image of Cackling goose

Cackling Goose (species fairly recently split from Canada) -- thanks to all those Jersey Birders who posted. Not only got the bird in the short time I had to try for it in the late afternoon, but (unexpectedly) the storm clouds cleared in the west just as we got there, so I was able to get some shots. Can anyone comment on this bird? Bill is very petite, but head shape is quite rounded. although forehead is certainly higher than the Canadas'. Is this just within normal variation for Richardson's (B. h. hutchinsii)? And have there actually been three Cackling Geese present at this site?
