ASTERACEAE - Butterfly () and the Golden daisy bush (Euryops chrysanthemoides)
Description:
Looks like the visiting butterfly is a Red-base Jezebel (Delias Pasithoe). Golden daisy bush is the Flora of Zimbabwe. Euryops species are rich in resin. Although there are no recorded uses for this species, other Euryops species were used in the past and this species was quite likely used in the same way. This photo was taken in the Kadoorie Farm & Botanic Garden, Hong Kong.
