2009.08.02 Austria, Upper Austria, district Freistadt (spruce monoculture forest, 800 m AMSL).Flowering in july/august (till october).Common, but not nearly as common as it once was - its recently introduced cousins Impatiens glandulifera and Impatiens parviflora have taken over many of its natural habitats; however, for the time being I. noli-tangere certainly is not endangered, or not yet at least.German name: Gross-SpringkrautID: Fischer & al., Exkursionsflora (2008 3rd)
