Fairy dresses
Description:
Leucopogon nutans or Drooping Leucopogon, Rice flower, Fairy wardrobeThis plant is particularly beautiful as it has many flowers hanging in rows on the ends of the branches. Family who grew up in the hills as a child always called this one the "fairy wardrobe". These are one of the first Leucopogon's to flower in forest areas, although Leucopogons are able to carry their flower buds many months waiting for a shower of rain and are capable of flowering at any time of the year. These were flowering in a small area which received a shower of rain during a summer storm.
