Same frog as no.1 found on 18/3/16.
-
"Have seen this frog last month, on the same tree fern in a fairly open spot. Named it ""Dardeville"" / daredevil!"
-
That's a first. Two frogs on one tree fern, and very much 'out in the open'. One large, one small.

First sighted to emerge from winter slumber!
-
The second to see emerge 'post-winter'. Another individual seen with 1/2 hr. Gorgeous purple tinge to this one. Misty, relatively mild weather. Virtually no wind. Had rained all day and a fine rain during spotlight search.

Weather dry, around 10 degrees with a cold wind. Very surprised to see one out...not promising frog weather!
