Unfortunately, this was the one and only shot this dragonfly allowed. Right away I felt that it looked slightly smaller than the other forceptails that I've been seeing in the gardens. The green eyes also seem to be different than the others. Maybe it's a maturing individual? Ringed Forceptail is my best guess, but help would be appreciated.
