I believe this is a female L. forficula. The metallic green is not so visable on the dorsal thorax but, the dorsal abdomen does show green and looks metallic. If it is it is new to Berry Sprgs.

Looks like a spreadwing male. Unfortunately, I didn't get a good focus before it flew away. First damselfly I've seen this new year.
