It was our third day in the park. We had spent the previous night in Camp 2. On our way to Camp 3, we found out that the tracker had located a group of silky sifakas. We of course went to see them. We were able to watch them for several hours, as well as a few white-fronted brown lemurs. A foreign tourist and a local school group also came and went while we were watching the sifakas.

This is a free ranging lemur that lives in a private reserve and is fed daily.

Was unusual to see a lemur approaching a snake (Madagascarophis colubrinus), by curiosity.
