Elizabeth and I went on some fabric hunting today, so of course, I spent some time in local parks. :) There was a little creek by the quite busy Hurst Athletic Complex (lots of soccer practice!), so I stayed there for a bit.

Since I use only my iPhone to take pictures, I don't usually try for odonata. However, this one just hung onto that branch and let me take as many pictures as I wanted. When I was finished, and started to walk away, he was still perched there.

Had today off, so I ran a few errands, and stopped by a park, of course. Was surprised (although not really) to see @bob777 at Southwest Nature Preserve! We walked around for a bit and spotted some more cool things. :)
