Summary[edit] Description: English: Rowan berries frozen into chunks of ice on New Year's eve. A week earlier, an unusual winter rain - water freezing on impact - disrupted air travel, power lines, and killed a lot of trees by sheer weight of ice. This rowan tree still stands, and each bunch of berries weighs at least half a kilo.. of ice.Русский: Рябина во льду - последствия ледяного дождя в конце декабря 2010. Date: 31 December 2010.
