nice fluffy quiet brownish-tinted (tail) Abert's squirrel inside one of our monitoring plots for Abert's squirrel feeding sign.

Fairly large gray squirrel with black ear tassels, white underbelly, and bushy white tail. Not shy and pretty clumsy, this one fell out of a Ponderosa pine it was climbing.
