This population falls outside the described range of this species. It would represent a 'yellow flag' in Jepson description map. It would not be alone as other records from this edge of the Sierra which might be better described as Dmoj.
After reading the key it came to my attention that there was a key break :'Filament distal lobes 2, anther generally on thin stalk between lobes ' which if you look closely you can see, narrow acute finger like flags between which the anthers stand atop a short filament. Too cool!
