Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos) 25 March 2017 Tomás Rivera Elementary School Denton, Denton County, Texas This was a surprisingly excellent park area for documenting different kinds of moth and butterfly species this time of the year. Several bird species were also present including Northern Mockingbird.

Northern Mockingbird (Mimus polyglottos). Near Return-a-Gift Pond, North 40, Floyd Bennett Field, Brooklyn, NY. Making what sounded like an alarm call. Mockingbirds are of course among the most frequently encountered birds in this habitat.

I'm not sure of this ID either. It did sound like a mockingbird was singing in the area, though this particular bird was not. Might not be slender enough to be a NM.
