:Amplified audio and removed some of the intervals between calls. Recording of bird calls around oak trees. I had a glimpse of a couple small gray birds, one was hopping quickly from branch to branch and occasionally splaying its tail, which reminded me of a blue-gray gnatcatcher. We had also seen a hutton's vireo in the area earlier. bird-seen:no playback-used:no Common name: Cooper's Hawk Type: begging call Genus: Accipiter Species: cooperii Location: Laurelwood Park, San Mateo County, California Country: United States Elevation: 100 m
