The photos are awful and I apologize for that. All I had was my phone and the eagle came and went quickly

Immature Bald Eagle near Joyce, Washington We watched this bird for a minute or so. It was a wet, rainy day. I liked when it flicked its head to clear some of the rain off. Jim and I were in a similar condition just a few minutes before as we had been tramping around in the the rainy forest. Bald Eagle Kingdom: Animalia Phylum: Chordata Class: Aves Order: Falconiformes Family: Accipitridae Genus: Haliaeetus Species: H. leucocephalus Binomial name Haliaeetus leucocephalus i031807 164

We noticed this activity in our neighbors tree, a few houses from ours. The crows were quite alert in the presence of this eagle. i090614 667
