This was a fun observation! Looking down a fence row I counted 37 perched Swainson's Hawks. There were dark morph birds, light morph birds, intermediate morph birds, adults and juveniles. Every plumage of Swainson's Hawk was represented. I assume migration has started for these raptors already to have so many concentrated in one small area.
