This juvenile Red Rock was attempting to hide in a very tiny tidepool - not a good color for blending into the intertidal habitat! Thier coloration ranges from stripes of various colors to this near white. Thanks to the Siuslaw Watershed Council Advanced Camp for a great morning exploring the Cape Perpetua Marine Reserve : )
