Fat, round tail visible in primary photo, body somewhat identifiable. Dark spot in the middle of second photo is the otter, but light balance was bad. The otter climbed around behind the large rock in the background of the second photo and didn't come back out while we were in the area. Initially spotted by @annagypsy!

Summary[edit] Description: English: Otter scat, 234 Mitigation Wetlands, Manassas, Virginia. When I joined the 2016 one-a-day picture project, I vowed to myself that I would not post crappy pictures.
