Pup 9028 named 'Nuki' from last year. Nuki had a bad mouth injury and his jaw was sewn up by local vet Tony Malthus. Little sign of scarring now. Did good job Tony! Nuki's been moving back and forth between Allan's and Aramoana by the look of it.

Photo taken by the Late Colin Emslie at Sandfly Bay, Otago peninsular. Link to Aramoana is that Lena was the first Sea Lion pup born at Aramoana in living memory. Named after the late Lena Davies of Aramoana. the first Sea Lion is Honey, Lena's mother. Lena was about three years old when this photo was taken.
