Found by my son during art camp at the Austin Museum of Art's Laguna Gloria. It had looked sick, and the next day we returned and it had died and was in the same place.

The centipede which was about six inches long, was very quick.

88 F. 20 CC. Light breeze. Overhang provided full shade, directly above the water. On a limestone overhang, munching on some large insect. At least 6 inches. After a bit of chewing, it carried its prey back into a crevice.

Kaety and I moved a large, flat rock and I spotted this large centipede burrowing into the ground. Weather: Chilly, but the temperature was rising. About 58 degrees Fahrenheit SVL=12 cm
