one of several Euneura lachni parasitoid wasps of the Pteromalidae family found in euonymus in the garden, plenty of detail pictures below - all viewable larger with a click. Note head is broader than lenght of flagellum + pedicel, apical margin of forewing is ciliate, postmarginal vein 1.5x length of stigmal vein, marginal vein 1.5x thicker at apex as at base, basal cell bare, speculum open below.
