Carex aquatilis (Water Sedge) is a species of perennial grass in the family sedges. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to North America, Alaska, Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, The Contiguous United States, Greenland, and Western North America. They have green flowers. Individuals can grow to 2.9 feet.
