Alcuéntrase en Benín, Burkina Fasu, Burundi, Camerún, República Centroafricana, Chad, El Congu, República Democrática d'El Congu, Costa de Marfil, Etiopía, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bisáu, Kenia, Liberia, Malí, Mauritania, Marruecos, Nixeria, Nixeria, Ruanda, Senegal, Sierra Lleona, Sudán, Togu y Uganda.
Hábitat
El so hábitat natural son: zones tropicales o subtropicales, montes, sabanes, la sabana húmeda, carbes, tierra yerbácea, xardinos rurales, zones urbanes, y les tierres de regadío.
